"Master influencers know that it takes only a few behaviors to create big changes in the results they care about" (Grenny, Patterson, Maxfield, McMillan & Switzer, 2013). Finding those behaviors and influencing change takes a well developed plan. The book Influencer gives a step by step guide to developing such a plan.
